Home Exercise Program Check-Ins

Once your child has been discharged from physical therapy, the progress doesn’t stop! Throughout your child’s plan of care, your PT has provided you with a home exercise program. It is likely that your PT updated it on your child’s last session to keep making gains after discharge. Help your child maximize this progress post-discharge by attending Home Exercise Program Check-Ins, where your physical therapist can recommend slight adjustments to the exercises as appropriate.

This service is self-pay and not charged to medical insurance.
